Running plan for beginners


This plan is for you if you want to become friends with running. Running does not have to be difficult and anyone can do it – it is important to consciously start with small steps and be consistent. By consistently training with this 6-week online training plan, you can easily include running to your daily routine, and even to your own surprise, you will soon be running with the greatest joy, faster and further than you thought possible!


The program includes running trainings 3 times a week, several warm-up and stretching exercises, strength exercises that support running and a thorough explanation of how to calculate your individual running pace. If you consistently train according to the plan, you should be able to run 4-5 km in a row after 6 weeks.


Running shoes are necessary to complete the program, and it is highly recommended to have a sports watch.
